Good day!
happy us coz we've got a clear day here in Houston!
highlight of the post is firstly, gifts that i got from Bath & Body Works for the cousin and sister!
and secondly, we visited the San Marcos Premium Outlets!
of which, i found A&F Outlet!
ok, so here goes.
first and foremost, a pic of our hotel front coz ytd i didnt get the chance to take a pic at night.
yup, we checked-in to Royal Sonesta Houston Hotel.
all prepared for a long day out!
was the first to be at the lobby, so there i was, waiting for the rest!
here's a pic of the lobby, front desk.
rented a car and off we went to San Marcos Premium Outlets!
stopped by at Five Burgers and Fries for lunch before heading to San Marcos Premium Outlets.
this is the interior and also the counter where we order our food.
they have like an open kitchen concept.
and there's free flow peanuts!
aft lunch, Gavin drove us straight to San Marcos Premium Outlets!
here it is!
such a beautiful day with a beautiful weather!
a huge clock to remind us of the local time coz my watch is perpetually in SG time!
we arranged a time to meet back at the car, then we went separate ways to shop!
hehe, shopping time!
first shop to visit, Kate Spade!
another pic of the car park from where i was standing!
a whole stretch of brands to walk into!
shop shop shop!
went in Tory Burch to have a look, but was just so-so.
they have a big GAP Outlet!
i spent hours in there and bought some clothes for the 2 favourite boys!
as what i have mentioned above, i found the A&F Outlet!
yay, time to shop!
hehe, yes i bought something from Kate Spade for the sister!
spent hours in A&F again and zomg, the q was looooong!
got what we wanted, then took a pic with one of the staff. hehe.
happy with his buys!
walked into J.Crew, but not my style... so i walked out soon after.
walked into CK, nothing much again... so didnt get anything.
check out the clear blue sky!
so pretty!
couldnt resist a pic!
and richard, as always, requesting for a jump shot!
sky turned alittle dark soon after.
walked into a Juicy Couture shop coz i thought i may see some pretty wedges, but sighness, no footwear :/
aww~ the gradient of the sky.
isnt it such a pretty sight?
richard with the american flag behind him.
of course, it's a must-go!
the whole area is really HUGE.
Gavin drove us from one area to another.
at this area, i found the Disney shop!
tadah!
was so excited coz i thought i could get the Buzz Lightyear for benben!
to my disappointment, they ran out of stock for what i wanted :/
oh well, Gavin then told me there's this Toys'R'Us shop and getting all excited again, we went in to check!
to my disappointment again, they dont sell it :(
but i must say their Toys'R'Us sells more interesting toys than ours!
look at the huge crayon!
such a good party deco item!
anw, so that was one of the last few shops we visited.
into the night, it was even colder.
to the extent i have to put on my gloves.
well, we started off with an empty car boot, and now, it's filled with all our purchases!
headed off soon after.
dropped by Panda Express for dinner!
chinese food in a US station.
overly priced, i feel!
aft dinner, otw back, Gavin brought us to Randalls, a supermarket that opens till 1am!
and because it was close to 1am alr, the supermarket was fairly empty, except for us!
sighness... why didnt they tell me there were coming here!?
if i knew, i wouldnt have bought so many things from Cosco! :(
favourite section, but i couldnt buy any coz my cargo back was alr more than just full! :(
no matter.
i signed up for their membership thingy and got this card which can be used for discount the next time i visit this place!
back at the hotel, and as you can see, some of them really went on a shopping spree!
the guys went to return the car, the girls went to smoke, so it's just Sherwin and I ^,^
a group pic before we go back to our respective rooms and prepare for work tmr!
hehehe, some love brought back from Houston!
:'>
my loots for the day!
and i'm really having problem packing all of these in my luggage :(
heart pain :[
a lesson learnt.
note to self : in major need of self-control when it comes to tidbits/biscuits!
