it's a special day, so we went on a date to the S.E.A. Aquarium :'>
q-ing up, just to get onto the Sentosa Express to get ourselves into Sentosa!
sigh, totally reflects the problem of overpopulation.
as soon as we reached, I quickly took a pic of the map lest we get ourselves lost in the process of finding the attraction!
on our way, we spotted the pretty merlion and decided to have pics taken first!
the sun was really bright and weather was really hot, so i buay tahan, had to bun up my hair.
and yes, it's not one, not two, but THREE!
teehee ^,^
in the midst of searching, whilst under the hot hot sun!
passing by the USS globe!
and finally, we found the place!
check out our cute admission tickets!
so glad we bought it online.
saved some $$!
this is the first phase when we entered.
pic time with the statues.
forced boyfriend for a pic taken coz he's always taking pic for me, but not having one himself.
dislike.
hmph!
followed the path and made our way to the S.E.A. Aquarium.
the irritated-face he gives when i force him for a pic taken. lol.
but bobian.
everyone does it, so did we.
q-ing while admiring the animals on display.
of the animals, the giraffe caught our attention the most coz we got reminded of RM's Kwang Soo! haha!
:'p
a pic with the musical instruments on the background with pretty colourful musical instruments (':
finally nearing!
so near yet so far!
greeted with beautiful dolphins hanging from the ceiling as we get nearer to the entrance!
and finally, let's go!
a huge tank with different marine fishes in it.
everyone looked black in the pic coz the lighting was not too good.
the place was dim.
we tried, and got the same effect .-.
oh well, shall focus on the fishes then.
a shipwreck scene in the tank.
the same kind of fishes that i spot at home, in daddy's fish tank.
squeezed our way through nevertheless!
walking through the tunnel with fishes swimming above our heads!
and some others by our sides.
finding a spot to sit while admiring those fishes.
the mixture of fishes.
:'3
final school of fishes swimming above our heads before we exit the tunnel.
moved out of the tunnel and advanced to smaller tank with brighter lighting and more small marine fishes swimming around.
trying our best to spot hammerhead sharks below our feet.
moved on to another tank with another breed of fishes.
no idea what they are, but they really swim uniformly, together.
the fish that camouflages with the sand!
look carefully, you'll see the fish.
spot its eyes!
tried so hard to capture and this is the best i could.
totally got reminded of RM's Gary!
hahaha :'D
spotted a cylindrical tank as we walked further in.
idk what is this, but i feel so sad for it.
why so ugly one!?
another tank with corals and small little fishes.
and another, with lots of fishes swimming together in sync.
moving on, it's the tank of dolphins!
really excited for this, but they dont swim around, so it's difficult for us to capture moments of them.
could only spot their tails hanging at the top of the water.
finally, one swam!
a few others followed!
dolphins are so pretty (';
spotted a tank of marine creatures with slightly better lighting.
learning to appreciate them.
'esp you.'
hahaha!
another ugly creature.
poor thing.
next, it's time to give our attention to the jellyfish!
we dont think they have the ability to change colours unanimously, so perhaps, a LED light somewhere?
and those entangled in a complicated relationship.
this, that made us go 'wow'!
that is one ginormous fish tank!
standing in the spotlight!
teehee ^,^
too dark for self-shots.
and that is where the big creatures go!
better with flash, coz it's just too dim inside!
next stop: Ocean Dome.
more fishes from other tanks as we explored other parts of the S.E.A. Aquarium.
well well, then we spotted this ugly, but clever fish.
it was facing like that at first.
when i started taking pics of it, it turns and faced towards me, as if it knows where the camera is!
haha, that is one clever fish!
then as we walked, we spotted another fish tank.
it's like the tank of the abandoned. lol.
the fishes just dont catch our attention.
few will just stop and take pics of them.
entering another tunnel, towards the exit.
this time, viewing the sharks!
there, the hammerhead shark!
and the normal sharks.
so glad for the glass of separation between us and them.
last but not least, the huge creature.
not sure if it's a fish or not.
but it looked overweight to me!
just resting there and not moving. lol.
really huge body, but tiny eyes.
and that's it!
souvenir shop just outside, to earn tourists' money!
a small area for us to take pic with the mannequins before leaving.
look at how we blend in with them!
for a moment, we got scared.
that the mannequin might just move suddenly.
that was scarry.
a mannequin hanged.
bought tickets for movie, but it was still early after our visit to the S.E.A. Aquarium, so we went Marina Square for some coffee and cake at Beanstro first.
Cafe Latte.
yumz~
yay to Carrot Cake!
this is not bad, but somehow, i still prefer Cedele's!
exchanged presents over coffee and tea!
that's boyfriend's.
hope you like it!
and this is mine!
this time, instead of bringing me to the shop, he personally puts it on for me!
cant be seen clearly here, so here's a pic of my new charm : Royal Carriage.
aft which, we went for dinner at Kkongdon BBQ.
as soon as we were shown to our table, guess who was on the same table as us!
it's Kwang Soo oppa!
hehehe, took pics with him while waiting for our food to be served!
ok la ok la, a proper one.
we ordered pork and chicken to BBQ.
sizzling in the process.
this is the 'Galbimat Samgyeopsal' aka 'Sweet Marinated Pork Belly'.
the 'Haemul Pajeon' aka 'Seafood Pancake'.
done with the pork, now with the chicken.
this is the 'Maewoon Dakdari' aka 'Hot & Spicy Boneless Chicken Leg'.
our cooked meat!
after dinner, we trained back to Vivo for movie!
time for our movie!
pretty good, i enjoyed it :')
ahhh, whenever you're enjoying yourself, time always pass so quickly.
oh well, thank you boyfriend for such a wonderful day.
I'm loving you alittle deeper each day!
