ahhh, such a hot weather.
shades on, and i'm ready to go :>
to get out of this hotel, we have to take a lift down to the lobby(18th floor).
then from the lobby, take another lift to the ground floor.
tadah, ground floor :D
no hotel breakfast provided during our stay, so we had to find our own breakfast.

so, after breakfast, we took a cab to Platinum Mall.
yesyes, must flag these kind of cabs and must make sure they agree to go by meter!

we did'nt take the tuk-tuk coz we scared kena scam. lol.
shoo-ed them away whenever we see them. haha.
went Platinum Mall zone 1 and 2!
it's a fashion mall!
perfect shopping for us!

went to take our brunch first before starting to shop.
at Indra Sqaure's foodcourt, they require us to buy coupons to purchase food.
at Platinum Mall's foodcourt, they require us to buy a card to purchase food.
very attracted by these!
this dish is the 'Egg Pan'.
well well, we did'nt try this coz it looked like it will make our cholesterol level shoot up.

but we bought a plate of 'Seafood Pan' to try!
we all liked it! :D
and these are grilled pork balls and beef balls.
super disappointed.
coz they looked more like boiled ones rather than grilled (N).

disappointed, coz the cup is filled with ice rather than the drink and even with so much ice, it was too sweet!
meimei ordered her waffles coz she was still hungry!

omg, their mango is so so sweet!
aft keeping our tummies filled, it's time to shop!
meimei was stuck in this shop for a very long time. lol.
stationery shop, a great place for teachers!
yea, tuition teacher inclusive. haha.
got hungry again aft all the shopping, so we walked out of the mall and looked for Dunkin' Donuts!
bought the glazed donut tt biujie recommended.

while munching on our donuts, look at what we spotted!
wow, that was one big trolley of luggages!

decided to get dinner coz we were hungry again. ahha.
meimei and ty went to get bubble tea.
milk tea with pearl and herbal jelly.
ordered some duck noodles and tom yum noodles to share.
oh, and this Fried Oyster Omelette!
i think if parents were to go with us, they will love this dish!
the oysters in the dish are so much bigger than those in SG!
yes, we prefer this to the Hot Plate Oyster Omelette.
bought popo's redbull for her.
we couldnt find the gold can kind.
they only have redbull in bottles.
so we made do with that.
wanted to cont shopping after dinner, but whuuuut!?
we realized that most of the shops were alr closed!
or were abt to close!
it was only like 8pm or so!
alittle too early eh!?
no choice, but to head to some place else.

never forget to buy fruits whenever you're at BKK!
fruits are sweet and cold and juicy!
they even cut it up for u!
just have to poke and put it in your mouth!
so convenient!
then we decided to get a young coconut to share :D

and he just used his bare hands!

lol, tt's our maize, wanting him to cut for us.
haha, he left it there, then told us to wait for awhile coz it's too hot. LoL.
meanwhile, we bought the bottle orange drink from another drink stall just next to it.
saw alot of people buying, so we bought one to try too.
it's orange juice!
but somehow, it just doesn't taste like orange juice. ahha.
not too bad.
ok, back to the maize-man.
there he is, cutting up our maize for us :)
