it's benben's birthday today!
and it's also the day for him to collect his edusave award!
so i went with him to collect his Eagles Award presented by Dr Vivian Balakhrisnan.
we were on time, so we waited and waited and still waited for the GOH to arrive.
recipients on one side of the hall, family members on the other.
benben kept refusing to look at me and give me a smile, so i had to zoom in and wait, just in case he decides to turn and face me!
but no, he just doesnt.
and after texting him, i think he got alittle irritated and decided to just give me one smile.
oh well, better than nothing.
as soon as the GOH arrived, they showed us a vid and carried on with award presentation soon after.
they started from row K.

and i thought they will start with row A and benben will be the back few.

i tried my best to snap a good pic, but i failed.
coz that very staff in red was blocking my view the whole time!
hence, explains the red patch on the bottom right of the pic.
he just kept moving.
couldnt stand still. tsk.
no choice, but to snap a good one outside the multipurpose hall.

i forgot to take my fork, so i stacked my food onto benben's plate. heh.

oh well, headed to plaza to meet i-van and meimei for lunch.
while waiting, there was some UOB event going on, so i took part in their game.
haha, and i won their grand prize!
grand prize is a $200 spa voucher!
ahaha, so happy so lucky!

mummy came to find us after her work too.
bought benben's birthday cake, then headed home to rest.
skipped town for dinner coz there were some event going on and buses were affected.
benben then decided to just have jap food at plaza's Ichiban Sushi.
set meals that look and tasted so yummy!
he wanted to cut cake at home, so tt was what we did.

boyfriend stayed past midnight again!
aww~ let's hope parents will allow him to stay over at our place in time to come!
