Legoland Billund.

started the day by making our way to Fotex to get our breakfast!

wide variety of breads.

and some pastries.

the cute guy working that morning. lol.

happy staff = happy customer :D

our breakfast #1.

our breakfast #2.

our breakfast #3.

then took a bus to the bus interchange and waited for the bus to Legoland, there.

yes, we were heading to Legoland!

prepared biscuits for our bus journey to Billund Airport, then to Legoland!

so glad for technology.
if not for the music, it's gonna be so boring throughout the bus ride!

aft hrs, we finally reached Legoland!

first of all, get tickets!

tadah!
took the map of Legoland too, and we were ready to exploreeee!

meimei told me this is where Legoland originated!
so it's totally worth the visit!

welcome to Legoland Billund Resort!

Legoland at Denmark!

'strollers' for rent if you need it to store your bags while you tour Legoland or if you need one for your child!

totally got reminded of Changi Airport.

they made a model of the A380 with lego!
they even have little ground staff at the bottom of the plane!
so much detail! (Y)

'it's a great way to fly'

train made of lego!
amazzzzzing!

pics with the people made of lego!

and at certain areas, they have these for kids to play!

yes, us included ^.^

moving on, there's this mini track for little ones to cycle around!
damn cute!

spot this little girl whose legs were too short to reach those pedals!
why so cute one! hahaha.

and she gave up.
decided to just move by walking instead. haha.

rawrrrr!

self-explanatory look of the dustbin coz we were at Legoland.

walked on, and found Legomine.

so at this station, people get to search/scoop their mine, thereafter, go to the counter and they'll get their medal-like souvenir.

it's summer, but isnt this abit too much!?
got so warm anot!? lol.

all, made of lego.
cool or what.

everything at their country is huge.
the people there, and so are their dog(s)!

check out those dogs!

first ride.
damn cute, they use that lego thingy to measure heights of the little ones.

really fun ride that caused our hair to be all messed up like 2 siao zha bors!

did'nt try this ride coz we dont wish to get wet!

the really fierce poooooodle.

this look fun, but we gave it a miss coz we dont wanna get wet!

a different kind of viking.
less scary, like sitting on a swing, merely enjoying the breeze.

mega huge toys up for grabs!
but sian.. we needa pay if we wanna play.
the Legoland ticket price doesnt include these games :/

hello patrick star!

we were warm, so we decided to just go try a water-game when we went past one!

splash!
it was fun!

more stall-games as we walk down the street!

their soft toys are really attractive, esp the mega huge ones!

sian.. but i dont wanna spend more just to play and may not even guarantee get the mega toy, so oh well, we gave those a miss.

walked on and found a witch + a well.

so what's inside?

no idea .-.

like poison mushrooms + charcoal.

and because we were posing by looking into the well, we caught the passers-by attention and they popped and looked into the well too. Lol.

next, the interesting fire engine game that i read abt!

with costumes too!

hello hello fire-fighters!

too amazed by how they managed to build all these by using just lego.

cutie.

fire-fighters look too cute!

next, the Polar Expedition.

like a mini zoo too.

a cat.

aww~ so cute!

just too pretty!

aft our ride, a pic with the polar beeeear tt we spotted on our way out!

wanting to make full use of our ticket, so we hurriedly made our way to The Temple for our next ride!

it's like a game where we had to shoot the different coloured dots and earn points.
at the end of the ride, our points will be collated.

sadly, i lost to mei.
not surprising :/

i look pregnant here.

without further ado, we moved on to our next ride!

it's damn cool coz for this ride, we get to personalise the kind of ride that we may enjoy.

this is the interior.

and all we had to do was to pass the 'card' to another staff and we were free to start! :D

we chose the most challenging one and felt like it was a punishment more than a fun ride. lol.

next, campfire-like setting.

another big dog spotted.
at Denmark, when we say BIG dog, it is really a BIG dog!

more creatures made of lego outside the entrance of a ride!

spotted mr bear with a glass of wine, damn cute.

biscuits for you? hehe.

no meimei, dont steal his wine. lol.

helicopter made of lego too!

moving on to our next ride!

Jungle Racer.

if only weather in sg can be cooling when we q up for rides at USS, then we wont be complaining that much.

and tdah, this is the ride!
we liked it! haha.

felt as if we were some captain manoeuvring the boat.

really nice random guy who volunteered to take pic for us. haha.

another big dog.

legofied people.

mr cactus and his child.

saw this machine where you can make your own souvenir, and yup, we made one each :D

the one that looked like Betty Boop!

with the kids around :D

that's how rowdy kids there can get.

they pay so much attention to details.
they even made lego-rabbits amongst the bushes.

hey there, you need help?

the hotel INSIDE Legoland.

the attraction was gonna close soon coz we realised that the rides have all stopped, so we slowly made our way out towards Miniland and the exit.

on our way, we spotted a playroom filled with legos!

so we went to take a look.

Eiffel Tower built and left behind by else-one.

built and left behind by another.
must be someone from Germany. lol.

the cute ang moh boy who would bring his lego pieces and bring it to us, then leave it on the floor and walk away. haha.

another, who built a house and left it behind.

yup, so that was that.

the train track was really dirty.

walked on to Miniland!

this is where most of their hard work are displayed.

starwars!

look at the details.

even to mini 'soldiers'.

on a side note, they event provide rental for carts like this.
so cute right! haha.

light beams in the dome.

mini cows/horses on the grass!

really cool coz some of the lego-ed items actually move!
such as the train on tracks and boats on water!

buildings with cars!

this is the lego-ed version of the Amalienborg Palace that we saw at Copenhagen!

too amazing.

awesome.

mini buildings.

how did they do that!

a part of the Miniland.

though it's called Miniland, but the whole area of display is not mini at all.
it's hugeee!

the bus!

more works.

the boat, like the one spotted at Copenhagen.

that's how small the buildings are in comparison to me.

aft exploring Miniland, we moved on to Lego Safari!

it's a ride, but closed.

the lego-ed ostriches!

GWANG SOO! LOL!

feeding the lego-ed parrot!

meimei's kind. lol.
the lego-ed monkey on the roof.

lego-ed lions!

caution!

taking our height. haha.

this is a ride, but closed too.

it looks fun!
such sadness, did'nt get to ride.

Statue of Liberty made of lego!

back to the lego-ed lion.

a pool of lego bricks for visitors to play.
they were generally dirty, but i dug for the cleanest one possible.

oopsie, caught in the act.

more pics with the track spotted near the exit.

black x white.

one last pic before getting chased out by the security guard.

this is damn cute!

#1: 'oh, you dropped the ice-cream?'

#2: 'nooo, not you! let me take it!'

*twist the lego-ed boy's head around*

#3: 'oh, it's stuck to the ground.'

hahaha, damn cute la!
he can totally blend in!

we're tourists like that!

with the guard!

and yup, we were the last 2 out of the attraction. lol.
must make full use of the tickets mah. heh.

how tall are you :D

shutters shut right behind us!

jump shots with before heading home!

decided to have alittle fun on the zebra crossing while waiting for the bus!

it's Legoland.

while walking towards the bus-stop, meimei's bag suddenly dropped!

too heavy alr la.

picked it up to fix.

and all's well again. haha

at the bus-stop.

advert for some shampoo? haha

all in all, we enjoyed ourselves at Legoland!
though tickets were alittle pricey, but we found it to be quite worth, considering the fact tt we spent the whole day there and combed almost the whole of Legoland.

the only regret is not being able to take all the rides available.

bye Legoland Billund Resort! :'>
