it's the last weekend here at Copenhagen.
this time, we're going to visit Tivoli Gardens!
as usual, prepared snacks for the long train ride!
as soon as we reached, we headed straight for our buffet lunch!
this is the interior.
it's really small and squeezy.
the top left hand corner of the pic is where the buffet spread is.
even squeezier coz the locals are big.
time to dig in!
first plate.
hungry us!
starters.
2nd plate and counting!
so so full aft that! :D
walked to Stroget to get souvenirs first.
spotted street performance there.
another one.
what is he .-.
and coincidentally, we witnessed their Gay Parade which only happens once a year!
so lucky!
so happening!
in costumes, to attract customers/children!
and aft getting the souvenirs, we headed straight to Tivoli Gardens! :D
welcome to Tivoli!
the chinese stage.
train rides amidst the crowd!
q-ing for our first ride!
spinning top!
and this is the next!
like the one that we can find at Genting, except that this time, it's way higher!
lockers to safekeep our belongings.
backpack for today!
next ride, bumper cars!
aft all those exciting rides, we decided to take a chill-ride.
just sitting in a treasure chest and it brings us around to view the different characters, tgt with music played.
then again, we headed out for more exciting rides!
look at the q!
but it was fine q-ing, coz the weather was cool ^.^
so far, so goooooooood! :D
they even have Jackpot in the attraction, but nope, we didnt go in.
i think this ride is dumb.
you have to use strength to pull yourselves up!
why so tedious!
pretty girl spotted at the q.
so sweet :)
the cool ride that only allow one adult to be on it each time.
the rest, are small kids.
then, we came to this area where we thought it totally looked like Chinese Garden in Sg!
hua yu~
free refill!
which will always be unable to work out in Sg.
the Asian Station.
super ironic coz they're selling western hotdog buns in their menu!
nothing asian at all! lol.
well, at least the furnitures are asian.
random girl that smiled for the cam :)
horse racing challenge.
the prizes booth!
the 3rd time mei kena photobombed!
always always her!
chinese lanterns as deco!
the roller coaster that looked so so fun!
without further hesitation, we went to q!
the ride was awesome!
more chinese characters around.
at the Asian part of Tivoli, but they're selling Fish & Chips. lol.
hmm... how will yellow hair look on me?
hello. haha
ahhhhhh, i like this cap!
but it was way above my budget :(
had to put it back :(
mayb i should search for one at BKK.
aft an exciting ride, it's time for a calm and slow ride.
we went to take the carousel!
so amazing, coz they have a giraffe this huge!
merry-go-round!
next up, an exciting one!
that slowly goes all the way up, then plunge down aft secs!
something that we didnt get the chance to try :(
so that was about it.
it was starting to get cold in the late evening.
so we stopped q-ing for rides and went to watch the performance at the chinese stage.
quite an interesting performance by the various ballerinas~
the lighting at night; pretty.
and it was really cold, so we decided to just sit and wait for the next performance which we saw the setting of live band on!
so lucky we managed to find these kind of beach-seats!
just enough for the 2 of us!
we sat and waited for abt an hr!
chilly-cold wind~
enjoyed the music while witnessing various couples just walking up to the front of the stage to dance!
why so cool one.
something that we rarely see in Sg.
